This week I will be entering another phase of my life. As I look back to the many moments that were shared by myself, my husband and children, I recall all the happy times when I was young, full of dreams and anticipation. I think of when I met my husband. How young we were and so carefree. The happy days of endless love and the most memorable, the birth of our three children. Now, grandparents, is there anything better? To see yourself not only through the eyes of your children at their birth, but to see those of your children in your grandchildren. Yes, the years have been kind.
Although many times it didn't feel like things were going my way, but then that is life. I have a lot to be thankful for. My family mainly, my health, my friends, my ability to paint and of course my love of writing inspirational books for women and, of course my creator, whom without his love I wouldn't be sharing this post with you or writing this post.
If I sound a little sentimental today, I am. We have to live every minute of each and every day. Enjoy our families and our friends who we hold dear. But in the meantime, we must remember to love ourselves and put our best foot forward in this life. After all, we are passing through here only once.
After this wonderful life...I can truly say "once is not enough".
